In order to return your products, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and kindly include the following information:
• Your full name and the date the order was placed and received
• A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
• The reason for the return of the products
We will reply promptly with instructions how and where to return your product(s). Please DO NOT return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.
Return/ Exchange Conditions:
- Exchange within 30 days of receipt date of the product
- Return within 7 days of receipt date of the product
- All Products Must be returned in new unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging. No item will be accepted after it has been used.
- If your item is equipped with a "security tag", the item must be returned with the tag still attached
- Any item returned outside of these conditions may not be eligible for and exchange/ refund under our policy.
You must return your bag(s) in new and unused condition with all original packaging and accessories within 7 days of receipt for refund. Orders returned after 7 days will be charged 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received and may take up to 10 business days after receipt of the goods.
